Colli Tortonesi Bianco Rugiada del Mattino shows a pale straw yellow color
and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense,
clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and
mineral followed by aromas of citrus fruits, honey, hay, hazelnut and
powdered sugar. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum
and citrus fruits. Colli Tortonesi Bianco Rugiada del Mattino is produced
with late harvested grapes and ages in steel tanks. |
