Canaiolorosa shows a pale cherry pink color and nuances of cherry pink,
transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start
with hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of cyclamen,
blueberry and peach. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The
finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum.
Canaiolorosa ages for 4 months in steel tanks. |
