Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Colli di Luni Vermentino Fosso di Corsano shows a pale straw yellow color
and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense,
clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum, hawthorn
and almond followed by aromas of citrus fruits, broom, peach, pear, apple
and jasmine. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack
and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing
roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, apple and
almond. Colli di Luni Vermentino Fosso di Corsano ages for 6 months in
steel tanks followed by at least 3 months of aging in bottle. |
