Colli di Luni Vermentino Fosso di Corsano shows an intense greenish yellow
color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals
intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of
apple, plum and almond followed by aromas of pear, peach, hawthorn, citrus
fruits, jasmine and mineral. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum
and almond. Colli di Luni Vermentino Fosso di Corsano ages for 6 months in
steel tanks followed by 3 months of aging in bottle. |
