(Umbria) This Grechetto shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and hazelnut followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut. This Grechetto ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13%

Vegetable soups, Pasta and risotto with vegetables, Sauteed meat, Sauteed fish
