(Umbria) Colbadia shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, elder, plum and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and peach. Colbadia ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13%

Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans, Sauteed fish, Dairy products
