(Umbria) This Grechetto shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and citrus fruits followed by aromas of medlar, hawthorn, pear and hazelnut. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and medlar. This Grechetto ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13%

Pasta and risotto with meat and mushrooms, Mushroom soups, Sauteed white meat
