L'Autentica shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber
yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and
elegant aromas which start with hints of raisin, dried apricot and honey
followed by aromas of dried fig, date, peach jam, candied fruits, citrus
fruit peel, lychee, pear, vanilla, apple, lavender and nail polish. The
mouth has excellent correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack,
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing
crispness. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of raisin, dried
apricot and lychee. L'Autentica ages for 14 months in barrique. |
