Rosato shows an intense onion skin pink and nuances of onion skin pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of cherry, raspberry and cyclamen followed by aromas of blueberry and blackberry. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of cherry and raspberry. Rosato ages for 3 months in steel tanks.
