Score: ✧✧✧ |
This Montefalco Bianco shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, pineapple and hazelnut
followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear, plum and broom. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, pineapple and hazelnut. This Montefalco Bianco ages
for 4 months in steel tanks. |
