Anisos shows a deep golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, apple and plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, honey, citrus fruit peel, vanilla, hazelnut and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and hazelnut. Anisos ages for more than one year in cask followed by 12 months of aging in bottle.
