Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Brut Riserva Rosé Metodo Classico shows a pale onion skin pink and nuances
of pale pink, fine and persistent perlage, transparent. The nose denotes
intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of
cherry, raspberry and bread crust followed by aromas of strawberry,
cyclamen, yeast, dog rose, plum and mineral. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. Brut
Riserva Rosé Metodo Classico referments in bottle on its lees for about 24
months. |
