(Tuscany) Biancamara shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of peach, banana and pear followed by aromas of hawthorn, acacia, broom, apple and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, pear and peach. Biancamara ages for 3 months in cask.

Alcohol: 14%

Pasta with fish, Broiled crustaceans, Vegetable soups, Sauteed fish
