Colli Orientali del Friuli Bianco Tové shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, peach and pear followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, citrus fruits, almond, broom and mineral. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and almond. A part of Friulano grape ferments and ages in cask. Colli Orientali del Friuli Bianco Tové ages in steel tanks.
