Pinot Grigio Vigneto Bellagioia 2008
(Friuli-Venezia Giulia)
Pinot Grigio
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Pinot Grigio Vigneto Bellagioia shows a brilliant golden yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of plum, apple and citrus
fruits followed by aromas of pineapple, pear, hawthorn, broom and hazelnut.
The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pineapple and plum. Pinot
Grigio Vigneto Bellagioia ages in steel tanks. |
