Score: ✧✧✧✧✭ |
Colli Orientali del Friuli Verduzzo Friulano Verlit shows a brilliant amber
yellow color and nuances of amber yellow, transparent. The nose denotes
intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints
of raisin, dried apricot and dried fig followed by aromas of candied
fruits, honey, quince jam, peach jam, almond, date, vanilla, orange
marmalade and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a
sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense
flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of dried
apricot, raisin and honey. Colli Orientali del Friuli Verduzzo Friulano
Verlit ages for 12 months in barrique. |
