White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
Bianco di Torgiano Costellato shows a brilliant straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean
and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and hazelnut
followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear, banana and hints of vanilla. The
mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut. Bianco di
Torgiano Costellato is ages in barrique for a short period. |
