This wine shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow,
very transparent, good effervescence and foam, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose reveals delicate, clean and pleasing aromas of
pineapple, banana, apple and hawthorn followed by pleasing aromas of yeast
and toasted bread. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a
crisp and effervescent attack however balanced, intense flavors and good
body. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple and apple. This
Franciacorta ages on its lees for at least 36 months.
