Pinot Grigio Valparadiso 2010
(Veneto)
Pinot Grigio
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Pinot Grigio Valparaiso shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of
straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing
and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, citrus fruits and
pineapple followed by aromas of broom, peach, plum, hawthorn and pear. The
mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and pineapple. Pinot
Grigio Valparaiso ages in part in steel tanks and in part in cask. |
