Score: ✧✧✭ |
Lambrusco Mantovano Rossissimo shows an intense ruby red color and nuances
of purple red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas which start with hints of cherry, blackberry and violet
followed by aromas of raspberry, blueberry, plum and green bean. The mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and slightly tannic
attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing
crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, blackberry and
plum. Lambrusco Mantovano Rossissimo ferments in bottle. |
