Colli Tortonesi Bianco Rugiada del Mattino shows a pale straw yellow color
and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense,
clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum, apple
and flint followed by aromas of citrus fruits, pear, honey and hawthorn.
The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and citrus fruits. Colli
Tortonesi Bianco Rugiada del Mattino is produced with late harvested
grapes and ages in steel tanks. |
