La Raccolta shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow,
very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined
aromas which start with hints of apple, banana and pear followed by aromas
of acacia, plum, peach, broom, praline and hints of vanilla. The mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, banana and pear. La Raccolta ferments and
ages in cask for 5 months followed by 5 months of aging in bottle. |
