Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
La Stipula Brut Metodo Classico shows a pale golden yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The
nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with
hints of apple, plum and citrus fruits followed by aromas of hawthorn,
bread crust, pear, hazelnut, honey, broom and hints of vanilla. The mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack,
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing
roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and
hazelnut. The base wine of La Stipula Brut Metodo Classico ferments and
ages in barrique for two months. This sparkling wine referments in bottle
for 13 months. |
