This Grechetto dei Colli Martani shows an intense straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and
hazelnut followed by aromas of pear, hawthorn, broom, honey, chamomile and
citrus fruits. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum
and hazelnut. This Grechetto dei Colli Martani ages for 6 months in steel
tanks. |
