Trento Talento Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, banana and bread crust followed by aromas of pear, hawthorn, yeast, plum and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and plum. Trento Talento Brut referments in bottle on its lees for at least 24 months.
