Trento Talento Brut Rosè shows a pale onion skin pink color and nuances of onion skin pink, fine and persistent perlage, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of cherry, raspberry and yeast followed by aromas of cyclamen, bread crust, tangerine, apple and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and apple. Trento Talento Brut Rosè referments in bottle on its lees for at least 18 months.
