Coste al Vento 2010
(Sicily)
Coste al Vento shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and almond followed by
aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, chamomile and broom. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, plum and almond. Coste al Vento ages for 4 months in
steel tanks. |
