Barbera d'Alba Canova 2010
Barbera d'Alba (Piedmont)
Barbera d'Alba Canova shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby
red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of cherry, plum and blueberry
followed by aromas of violet, blackberry, raspberry and cyclamen. The mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly crisp and properly tannic
attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.
The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and blueberry.
Barbera d'Alba Canova ages for 18 months in steel tanks. |
