Dolcetto d'Alba Canova shows a brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing that start with hints of cherry, plum and violet followed by aromas of raspberry, blueberry and geranium. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry. Dolcetto d'Alba Canova ages for 12 months in steel tanks.
