(Veneto) Gewürztraminer Brut shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of grape, white rose and banana followed by aromas of apple, pear and orange. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, banana and apple. Gewürztraminer Brut is produced with the Charmat method.
