Score: ✧✧✭ |
Torre di Giano shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by
aromas of hawthorn, broom and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of pear,
apple and peach. Torre di Giano ages in steel tanks. |
