Score: ✧✧✭ |
Anima Umbra Grechetto shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas which start with hints of plum, apple and hawthorn followed
by aromas of pear, hazelnut and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of plum,
apple and pear. Anima Umbra Grechetto ages for at least 3 months in steel
tanks followed by at least 3 months of aging in bottle. |
