La Bambina shows a brilliant onion skin pink color and nuances of onion
skin pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas
that start with hints of cherry, raspberry and blackberry followed by
aromas of strawberry, cyclamen, plum and anise. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. La Bambina ages in steel tanks
for 5 months. |
