Romagna Sangiovese Superiore Sono 2011
Romagna (Emilia-Romagna)
Sangiovese

Red Wine |
Score: ✧✧✭ |
Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Sono shows a brilliant ruby red color and
nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean
and pleasing aromas that start with hints of cherry, plum and violet
followed by aromas of raspberry, geranium and blueberry. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced
by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is
pretty persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry. Sangiovese di
Romagna Superiore Sono ages in steel tanks and during its production no
sulfites are being added. |
