Colli di Imola Bianco Salcerella 2011
Colli di Imola (Emilia-Romagna)
Sauvignon Blanc
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Colli di Imola Bianco Salcerella shows a pale straw yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense,
clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of peach, nettle
and elder followed by aromas of pineapple, apple, gooseberry, pear and
grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack
and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pineapple and pear. Colli di
Imola Bianco Salcerella ages in steel tanks. |
