Offida Pecorino Colle Vecchio shows an intense greenish yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense,
clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of pear, peach and
apple followed by aromas of medlar, plum, pineapple, chamomile, hawthorn,
hazelnut and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and pear.
Offida Pecorino Colle Vecchio ages for at least 4 months in steel tanks
followed by at least 6 months of aging in bottle. |

Molto interessante questo Pecorino della Tenuta Cocci Grifoni. Ben eseguito e compiuto, vino che è stata una bella scoperta. Naso di fiori e frutti con un'intrigante nota di anice.
Fresco e polposo, vino di bella materia e lunghezza.
