Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Costacielo Rosato shows a brilliant cherry pink color and nuances of cherry
pink, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of black cherry, plum and blueberry
followed by aromas of raspberry, cyclamen, black currant, blackberry and
vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, blueberry and plum.
Costacielo Rosato ages for 3 months in cask and for 3 months in steel
tanks. |
