Score: ✧✧✧ |
Passerina Spumante Brut Gaudio Magno shows a brilliant greenish yellow
color and nuances of greenish yellow, fine and persistent perlage, very
transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start
with hints of pear, peach and hawthorn followed by aromas of apple,
chamomile, anise and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear,
peach and apple. Passerina Spumante Brut Gaudio Magno is produced with the
Martinotti method. |
