White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Costacielo Bianco shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of apple, peach and pear followed by
aromas of hazelnut, hawthorn, citrus fruits, plum and broom. The mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, peach and plum. Costacielo Bianco ages in
steel tanks for 4 months followed by 6 months of aging in bottle. |
