(Emilia-Romagna) Thea Bianco shows an intense golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and medlar followed by aromas of pineapple, jasmine, peach, honey, citrus fruits, pear and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, medlar and plum. Thea Bianco ages in steel tanks.
