Thea Bianco Non Filtrato shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of medlar, pear, peach, honey, almond, citrus fruits and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, apple and honey. Thea Bianco Non Filtrato ages in steel tanks and it does not undergo any filtering process.
