Trentino Cabernet shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined that start with hints of black currant, black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of violet, bell pepper, mint and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of black currant, black cherry and blueberry. Trentino Cabernet ages for 12 months in cask followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.
