Sindrada shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of plum, apple and hawthorn followed by aromas of banana, pear and hazelnut. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of plum, apple and banana. Sindrada ages in steel tanks.
