Merotto Extra Brut Le Fare shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and wistaria followed by aromas of peach, pineapple and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and peach. Merotto Extra Brut Le Fare ferments in closed tank.
