Bocca di Rosa shows an intense onion skin pink and nuances of onion skin
pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that
start with hints of plum, cherry and blackberry followed by aromas of
raspberry, cyclamen and blueberry. The mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense
flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum,
cherry and blackberry. Bocca di Rosa ages for 3 months in steel tanks. |
