Dolcetto d'Asti (Piedmont) Dolcetto d'Asti Vera shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of purple red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of black cherry, blackberry and plum followed by aromas of violet, raspberry, strawberry and blueberry. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum. Dolcetto d'Asti Vera ages for about 4 months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%
