Monferrato Rosso Vera 2011
Monferrato (Piedmont)
Monferrato Rosso Vera shows a deep ruby red color and nuances of ruby red,
little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas
which start with hints of black cherry, black currant and plum followed by
aromas of violet, blueberry and blackberry. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced
by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is
persistent with flavors of black cherry, black currant and plum. Monferrato
Rosso Vera ages for 5 month in steel tanks. |
