Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Brut Riserva Rosé Metodo Classico shows a pale onion skin pink color and
nuances of pale pink, transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints
of cherry, raspberry and bread crust followed by aromas of yeast,
strawberry, plum, dog rose, blackberry and cyclamen. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. Brut Riserva
Rosé Metodo Classico referments in bottle on its lees for about 24 months. |
