Gemella 2011
(Tuscany)
Sauvignon Blanc
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Gemella shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of gooseberry, elder and nettle
followed by aromas of pineapple, tomato leaf, apple, grapefruit, peach,
pear and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of gooseberry, pineapple
and peach. Gemella ages in steel tanks. |
