Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Riserva Serra Fiorese shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant which start with hints of plum, apple and almond followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear, ripe peach, vanilla, grapefruit, broom, honey, anise and mineral. The mouth has excellent correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of plum, apple and almond. Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Riserva Serra Fiorese ages for 12 months in barrique followed by 12 months of aging in bottle.
